Free Issues and Booklets Bring Spiritual Relief

For more than 60 years Guideposts has formed the core of a growing and diverse ministry program that touches the lives of thousands of people in critical spiritual need. Today Guideposts Outreach ministries complimentary publications puts our “little miracle” magazine in regular, Large Print and cassette editions into the hands of more than 2,500,000 people every year at no cost to them. Like the ambassador of faith it is, every issue carries the proven potential for profound spiritual transformation through its moving, true-life stories.

Our free publication ministry includes Angels on Earth magazine, PLUS The Power of Faith, and 1,000,000 copies of inspirational booklets that offer immediate and practical ways to handle life’s most pressing problems. This year, more than 25,000 copies of the much-loved Daily Guideposts devotional were given away to military bases in a new camo-cover pocket-sized edition that has become a trusted source of spiritual support for America’s military all over the world. “You can make miracles happen by helping others.” 

But that’s not all. Hundreds of thousands of booklets are given away free to hospitals, nursing homes, VA centers, cancer treatment facilities, homeless shelters, churches, prisons, and often tucked in with a prayer letter to help minister to someone at their time of need. This year we plan to distribute 300,000 of the condensed version of The Power of Positive Thinking, Norman Vincent Peale’s landmark work that is as fresh and powerful today as it was more than 60 years ago.
